What if I cannot afford my hospital bill?
Memorial Hospital of Texas County Authority recognizes that there are individuals in need of medical services who are unable to pay for such services. For these individuals, we offer Financial Assistance and Charity Care.

-Financial Assistance
For information concerning financial assistance or to make payment arrangements, please contact our Financial Counselor at (580) 338-6515 ext. 2243.

-Charity Care
Our Charity Care program follows the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) for the current year in verifying eligibility. Any patient or guarantor whose gross income is less than 400% of the FPG will be deemed eligible for Charity Care.
