What are your business hours?

Outpatient radiology procedures are scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.

I have a radiology request where do I go?

The MAIN ENTRANCE to the hospital is on the west side of the building, next to the Emergency Room. It has glass doors. This entrance is open from 7AM to 7PM, Monday to Friday.

Please sign-in at the admissions window.

I am a referring provider. How do I refer?

Please give our scheduler a call at 580-338-6515 ext 2156, 8AM to 5PM CST, Monday to Friday.
